comic book fan art nerdery

recently i was lucky enough to get a few commissions for comic book characters, and i've been preparing some work to show marvel so i've got a fair amount of superhero work floating around my computer. i figure now's as good a time as any to share with the world.

been too long

i'd like to try and keep up with this blog a bit (a lot) better so today marks the beginning my hopefully triumphant, definitely more frequent posting. enjoy!

most of this is personal stuff, besides the last one which is from a the inside of a cd booklet i worked on recently. the drawing didn't fit with the rest of the package but i thought it looked nice enough to share with the internet.

philly show in fishtown

i can't believe i didn't post anything for all of april! i'm especially disappointed in myself cause i've done plenty of work that i could have been posting on here.

to make up for it(hopefully) here's two pieces for two shows this month. i'm thinking of them as opposite sides of the same coin perhaps? is that too pretentious?

some new shirts

just a few of the more fun shirt design i've done recently for a few different clients. sadly the band passed on skull-knight. hopefully i can find him a home with someone else!

ARCHITECT artwork

Ghost of the saltwater machines is out today! i'm excited both to see it printed and to hear the final mix. it's a killer album and i'm totally proud to have worked on it. click for larger images.

a brand new pile

here's a randomly assorted pile of new art. mostly tshirt and album design, but there's a little sci-fi illo in there as well. enjoy, everyone. it's summmahtime

new cover etc!

issue 2 comes out next week! EVERYONE BUY ONE!!!!!
